At Kapri The Label, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
